Running a storage facility means I’ve become unintentionally fluent in “left-behind chaos.” When tenants ghost and leave behind what looks like the aftermath of a yard sale gone rogue, I don’t panic—I call Jose from Chep’s Junk Removal. Jose shows up like a junk ninja: no nonsense, no complaints, just pure hauling power. I once opened a unit that smelled like mystery and regret—Jose didn’t even blink. He just smiled and got to work like it was the highlight of his week. He’s fast, dependable, and always leaves the units so clean you'd think we staged a makeover show. If I had a dollar for every time he saved the day, I could probably rent one of my own units (and actually pay on time).
